WHO CAN PURCHASE FROM THE TY STORE?

Anyone can purchase from the Ty Store with a valid credit card. We do however only ship to the following countries:

United States,
Canada

HOW CAN I PAY?

Purchases are by credit card only. Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash, personal checks, cashiers/certified checks, money orders or any other form of payment will not be accepted.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Your credit card will be billed after your order is shipped.

We can ship your order to the following countries:

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your order will ship within 1 week.

What is the cost?

Item prices are clearly displayed below each item in Ty Store. In addition, you will be charged for shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges can be viewed here. For orders shipped to Illinois (U.S.) there is 7.75% sales tax charged. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Orders from countries other than the U.S. will be charged applicable duties and taxes.

Can my order be shipped to an APO/FPO military address or a PO Box?

Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO military addresses. Non-military orders shipping outside of the United States must be addressed to a physical street address. Orders shipping within the United States can be shipped to PO Boxes.

When can I expect delivery on an order placed with the Federal Express shipping method?

Orders placed using FedEx Priority Service before 12:00 pm will be delivered the next business day by 5 pm. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be delivered in two business days. Orders placed using FedEx 2 Day Service before 12:00 pm will be delivered in 2 business days by 5 pm. Orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered within 3 business days by 5 pm. NOTE: Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will not ship until Monday and will be delivered respective of the FedEx service selected at the time the order was placed.

ARE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS SECURE ON TY.COM?

Online shopping at Ty.com is extremely safe. All credit card transactions at Ty.com are securely processed using secure socket layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels on the Internet.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

WHERE SHOULD I DIRECT INQUIRIES CONCERNING RETURNS OR NON-RECEIPT OF MY ORDER?

Should you have questions regarding the non-receipt of your order, please contact us at customerservice@Ty.com within 60 days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email or within 90 days of your original order. Please reference your order number in your e-mail. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your Ty.com purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund of the original product cost only, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. To return a purchase, please contact us at customerservice@Ty.com for return authorization and instructions. At the present time we are only able to respond to emails written in English.
